• Add Bypass thermal relief function for charging.
• Display power rate state / calc for Charge / Discharge.
• Add manual limited power mode for Charge / Discharge.
• Revise native canbus Charge / Discharge status message flags.
• Revise control VoltView screen to show both normal and limited power remote targets
• Add sounds when saving / error to hardware / control setup screens

Fixes

• When monitoring Run Idle / Charge input take immediate effect if disabled
• When bypass achieves completion stop charging session.
• Ensure that SoC% modifications refresh state from device. 
• Revise control logic for Charge / Discharge to ensure transition times for Norm / Limp / Off
