If we haven't shipped to a country previously or it is a larger parcel shipping rates may not be in the system for that location.  Just e-mail support@batrium.com to let us know and we will check and add the appropriate shipping rate.

We have shipped successfully to 44 different countries but need to look into any specific requirements or restrictions when shipping to a new location.
