SUPPORT - How to create a Manual Extract Report

Step 1 - Navigate to Tool menu

Step 2 - Navigate to Snapshot Report

Step 3 - To generate report press Extract

Step 4 - Open the folder

Step 5 - Send us the latest "Snapshot...setup.txt" file (the file you just generated). This is a complete report, you will notice that the file size is larger than the regular automated reports in the same folder.
